Refund policy

Effective Nov 8, 2026

Before Coverstamp opensCoverstamp opens in early 2027, and nothing on this site costs money until then. This policy covers Coverstamp's plans once it opens.

Within 14 days

Within 14 days of any payment, you can have it back in full, for any reason. That covers a plan's first charge, a renewal, a move to a bigger plan, a move to yearly and a pack of more reads.

How to ask

Go to paddle.net, or write to hello@coverstamp.com from the email on your receipt. Paddle sends the money back to the card you paid with. It can take a few days to show.

What a refund changes

A refunded plan ends that day, and your company moves to Free with nothing deleted. A refunded move to a bigger plan, or to yearly, takes you back to the plan you had. Reads left from a refunded pack go. Certificates already read stay read.

After 14 days

After 14 days a payment stays. You can cancel anytime: your plan runs to the end of the month or year you paid for, and then your company moves to Free. A charge taken by mistake is refunded in full whenever it's found.

Who charges you

Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all our orders. It charges your card, adds sales tax where it applies and sends any refund. If we change this policy in a way that matters, we email admins 30 days before the change takes effect.
